Wasn't aware that they sold larger containers. Here in our local store it only comes in the 96 ounces jug and I know this because my neighbor buys it all the time and offers me the jug. As of today I have about 60 jugs in the shed just waiting for any future projects

Just remember that the Carlos Rossi aren't a gallon ...those jugs are actually 96 ounces and not 128 ounces

The so called Cat piss smell is because all you are using (or they are using ) is Citra, if you balance the Citra with the Simcoe all that will be cleared. Great beers are better when balanced well

Kombat i will answer that for you...Corny kegs are rated at 130 psi

I really like his system except for the glass carboys... but i bet it looks cool to see all of those carboys bubbling ...as for me i would sell the carboys and if i wanted small vessels i would use sanke kegs which one sanke is equal to three carboys and no worries of light damage to the brew or...

Kal, I think he is doing double 1.5 bbl and not a one shot 3bbl. If you look at the pictures in the beginning and the equipment being (2) 55 gal kettle blichmann.

Santero, What type of burners do you use? I tried reading through the post but I cant seem to find what type of burners you used.
