    I was looking at doing the innkeeper recipe from Northern Brewer, similar grain bill. The strike water is such a small volume, do you get a good boil volume by just sparging until you get 6 - 6 1/2 gallons? Thanks

    ALCON, I've racked a Sack Sweet Mead, 3gal, to secondary and added the prescribed 1/2 tsp/gal amount of potassium sorbate and after a week i'm still getting some bubbling activity, had to use a blow off hose.
