    Need help in the Little Apple

    Started making mead and cider. Cider was a small batch and took right off. Made a full 5gal of Arnold Palmer. It's been 5 days and no action yet. The basement is about 60deg. Is that too cold? I think the cider likes it. Used the same yeast. Please help. Thank You, Jay

    A great simple recipe

    little help......... i've been checking the stores for apple cider. i found some all natural, not from concentrate. says no preseratives but the label says contain molic acid (vitamin C) will that throw off the reciepe? other question...i see someone in the post used Mott, and someone else used...
