Lakewood here. Haven't brewed at home in a few months. I tend to brew more during the colder months anyways. I'm also the Head Brewer at Collision Bend in the flats. If any of you are ever coming down that way, let me know, I'll buy you a pint and show you around the brewery.

I've ordered from them for the brewery I work at. First order the centennial were fantastic, the next bag we got was super cheesy smelling. Had to toss them. That's the last time I've ordered from them.

Definitely throw the yeast in the refrigerator, but no need to throw the rest of it in there.
