    Io star in wort

    I'm looking for some advice. While adding water to my wort, I grabbed a gallon jug of io-star with a concentration of 1/4-oz per 6-gal of water and added about 1/4 gal of the sanitizer solution to my 5-gal wort before I realized I had the wrong jug. My questions are; 1) at this concentration...
