    High FG after 10 days

    I'm fermenting a small batch of Blonde beer. Used S-22 lager yeast. Basement has been a steady 60F. For 12 days. Tested gravity this morning and its still up at 1.020 after 12 days. Should I wait or pitch an ale yeast like Nottingham to finish it?

    Low IBU Stout?

    I'm new to home brewing and love the experimentation in developing new flavors. Can anyone tell me of a recipe or method to make a stout that has a low IBU around 20 or under? Or is this a pipe dream?
