    Weldless galvanized brew cart

Check out the weldless brew stand thread. It covers this quite a bit, as well as how to neutralize the zinc/galvanized finish with different acids. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f51/weldless-brew-stand-174224/

    Weldless brew stand.

Well, here is my take on the weldless stand. Made a direct-fire RIMS with jaybird's 15" hinged false bottom and Bobby_M's mash tube assembly. First batch hopefully tomorrow.

Will Chugger SS Center inlet head work on march 815?

I think i may have found one of my answers in march factory questions thread: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f11/questions-about-march-pumps-answered-factory-210199/index41.html#post4400569 Looks like 809 and 815 use the same SS center inlet head, according to this data...

    A balanced IPA

Glad I found this thread - not trying to hijack , but this goes along with exactly what I was about to post about. I too am still working into the higher IBU beers. Recently I sampled a buddy's IPA that was delicious. It had a very wort-like sweetness to it that finished with the hops...

Will Chugger SS Center inlet head work on march 815?

Short and sweet - will a chugger SS center inlet head work on a march 815? I don't know much about either pump, and have been crawling forums. I know it will fit an 809, not sure if it fits an 815. My design plans are for a center inlet pump, and I recently got a heck of a deal on a march 815...

    Local 12 beers of Christmas

I'll be starting the gruit this week, have to assemble ingredients. Anyone have any experience with this style?

    Damn !

And don't worry about the yeast cake you whipped up, it will settle again. Just hope that whatever you stirred it with was properly sanitized and did not introduce anything unwanted. Other then that, STEP AWAY FROM THE BEER, AND REMAIN CALM:mug: Let the lil buggers do their thing. Whats the...

    Damn !

Get a test tube to throw your sample & hydrometer in if you can't level your wine thief. In a pinch, the clear plastic tube some hydrometers come in works great (assuming yours came in one and you still have it) But there you have it, figure out how to get an accurate reading. Speaking from...

What has your GF brewing experience been like so far?

Thanks for the input, thanantos. I'm still fairly new to brewing with only 6 total batches under my belt, and very new to AG having just done my 2nd batch last weekend on a friends rig. My concern with GF has been the drinkability as the store bought stuff I have tried so far put a bad taste in...

What has your GF brewing experience been like so far?

Hey All, I'm still fairly new to brewing, getting ready to transition from extract to AG. Recently, I have discovered I have quite a gluten intolerance (not to be confused with the full blown allergy). I would like to try GF brewing, more out of curiosity than necessity. Currently crawling...
