    My first recipe.....delicious!

    So I built my first recipe from scrach and it absolutely came out amazing! It's a black IPA made with summit, chinook, cenntenial and cascade hops. This make's me want to even brew more :D

    Officially LOVE Yeast Starters

    So I recently just finished my black IPA and put it in the carboy to ferment. Pitched my first yeast starter ever and HOLY COW krausen is already forming and the airlock is bubbling rapidly after only 4 hours!! I'm a true believe in yeast starters now haha!

    Lagunitas Hop Stoopid

    Absolutely love IPA's and Double IPA's but I was not a huge fan of this brew. Maybe because it's the fact that it's made with hop extract. Tastes to artificial and syrupy to me. After being spoiled with Stones ruination this beer just doesn't cut it. What do you guys think?

    Fermentation for Stone Ruination clone
