    How long do you l primary ferment for before you bottle? What effect does it have if you leave it in for 3 or 4 weeks instead of 2?

    I have a double ipa that has been bottle conditioning for three weeks now, at around 70 degrees, is it ok to put it in the fridge for the last week so I can drink it this weekend or do I need to wait the full four weeks before I put it in the fridge?

    Midwest bourbon barrel old ale question

    In regards to the bourbon used in the recipe, can I use Canadian whiskey instead of bourbon and soak the oak cubes in it with some vanilla beans, will the flavor be good?
