    Over flowing fermenter!

    I need a recipe!

    I am looking for a recipe to utilize the grains and hops I have left from my past 3 brews. Current inventory: Briess 2-row (approx. 25 lbs.), T & F dark crystal (.5 lbs), T & F roasted barley (.75 lbs.) and plenty of Simcoe and Centennial hops. Any help would be great!

    My first cider

    I have a quick question. I have been fermenting a batch of hard cider for almost 2 weeks, and I have not come close to the gravity I wanted. I uses Nottingham Ale yeast...can I pitch a pack of S-05 to get this moving?

    Top-off Water?

    Hen is it ok to add top-off water to a brew? And should I boil it prior to adding? I know this may be a rookie question, but I have never had to do it. I am currently 3/4 low on a batch I plan to pitch this evening. Any help would be great!

    I need help with a recipe!!

    Dry Hops

    When should I add my dry hops? I am brewing an IPA, which is in primary at the moment. I have had a few people tell me to add in the last 7 days of secondary...is this true?

    Mash Efficiency?

    How many gallons of water should I use for a grain bill of 16 lbs.? May seem like a dumb question, but I am have had efficiency problems in my last 3 brews (my average efficiency is 62%). I have been using Sparge Pal, and its not helping. Thanks in advance!

    Gelatin Finings

    Ok...I know that this discussion happens on a regular basis in the forums. I am wondering how long I should Cold Crash a pale ale before adding gelatin finings? Or should I even cold crash prior to adding gelatin? Thanks in advance!

    Green Beer (for St. Patrick's Day)

    Is this an infection?

    Thanks for taking a look at this! I just need to know if this beer is infected? I have not seen an infection like this one. What can I do to fix this issue if it is infected? Any help would be great.

    Help!! Imperial Cherry Stout Carbing

    Help!! I brewed an imperial cherry stout, and there is no head after 32 days of bottle fermenting (as well as 14 days primary and 17 days secondary). I have never come across an issue like this. Why can I do to get head (no pun intended)? OG = 1.066 FG = 1.021
