    How do i know

    Ok so how do I know how many cells of yeast I have after washing the yeast cake from a 10 gallon batch?? I cleaned and washed 4 quart size mason jars and place them in the fridge and each one has formed a layer of yeast a little less than a 1/4 full. I need to know how much to add to my starter...

    Yeast question

    I am going to be moving from 5 gallon batches to 10 gallon batches. Can I just do a starter with a single package, vial, recycled yeast? If so how big of a starter do I need? Most of my beers are around 1.050 og thanks

    Gas hose

    Anybody know where I can get some gas hoses relatively cheap? I'm finding them online but for like 15- 20 bucks each. I'm building a single tier stand with the Bg-14 burners so I need three of them. Any ideas?

    Ok here goes how much do you drink?

    Gas question

    I am building a single tier brewstand using 3 bg14 banjo burners. Do I need a regulator for each burner? If not how will the heat be affected when I am heating my HLT and mash run at the same time.

    Im stuck help!

    So I pitched my yeast into my fermenter 12 days ago my OG was 1.050 I went out of town and came back 3 days ago checked the gravity and it's steady at 1.020. What should I do? Shake it up, pitch more yeast or just leave it alone?
