    still bubbling

    brewed a belgian tripel and a tex/mex corona on 3-3-13 and they are both still bubbling. ive brewed many belgian trippels and never fermented this long, is it the change in weather? im in houston texas. that my wifes running the heater more? or nutting to be worried about.... do i have to wait...

    og not close

    I brewed some Dunkelwiezen from true brew. Before I pitched the yeast my reading was 10.32. Instructions say I should be between 10.49--10.53. Do I worry about this? What could I have did wrong? What can you do to fix this before pitching? Thx in advance for your help

    close to FG

    i brewed 2 beers a few weeks ago, a Kolsch with a FG of 1.010-1.013 and a smoked porter with a FG of 1.014-1.017. its been in the secondary for 7 days now and the FG for both are off by .002.....the kolsch is at 1.008 and the smoked porter is at 1.012....will it get any better sitting longer...

    Co2 Leaks

    i got a new dual tap kegarator and i have a leak somewhere. i took the co2 canister, daul gage and the 2 used korny kegs and submerged them in the bath tub under pressure and saw no leaks...replaced the rings in the used kegs, replaced the hose clamps with metal ones over the plastic ones that...
