Gosh.. I am having the exact same issue and only used this pump twice .. 2 hrs total run time. Can't wait to see resolution.. I am going to take apart and check for foreign matter.

Do you have or plan to have the service to support at least 240v 30amp before you start down this path.. If not you may need to plans for a 115v system. I am building a Kal clone right now and have a 60amp service I ran so I can strike both 5500w elements at same time, 2 pumps and controls...

I just picked up 5 New Frontier Arms lowers this past weekend for 98.00 each. The FFL friend I got them from had 500 of them and sold them all at the gun show for 150.00 each. What I am going to do with them.? Sit on them for now.
