    GF Blue Moon Clone Tweaking

The OP used all extract so amylase is not required. Use of grains such as the above mentioned biscuit malted rice requires amylase during mash.

    Clarity Ferm

They were wrong if they said gluten free when using CF. CF reduces the gluten to very low ppm that in foods can be considered GF. In beer it can't be called GF in the US if it was made with barley, wheat or rye. If you're a celiac then the real unknown is how many ppm does it take for your...

Bottling an extract BB a week early

You OG was a little low, you FG should be lower. Check the gravity over a few days and if no change then maybe it's done. Did you do a temperature correct when you took the OG?

Bottling an extract BB a week early

Agree with Chris, FG should be lower, about 12, depends on yeast , but 20 seems high. You could keg it but bottles might over carbonate and explode. Even if done, my experience with sorghum is it needs some aging to smooth out.

    Recipe Help - Gluten-free IPA

I'd consider equal parts sorghum and rice syrup and 1 lb candi syrup. I find that more balanced. The adjust hops for desired bitterness. Also add sorghum in last 5-10 min of boil.

    Millet and Buckwheat

Yes it helps, thanks. So, looks like you had 3.7kg grain and mashed with 10L so I can calculate. Did you drain off before sparge (batch sparge)? How much volume did you collect? After mash/sparge what was boil volume?

    Millet and Buckwheat

Very interesting, It would be helpful to know the water to grist ratio with the various steps, or at least how much water was added each step.

    Same equipment for gluten free?

I've mostly read that you should replace all tubing and plastic buckets. Kettles and carboys (even plastic), kegs etc are cleanable. Disassemble your tap and clean it and run BLC through the lines (or replace them). Disassemble the drain valve on kettle to clean as well if you can. If they...

    Sorghum hits

Just keg condition at serving temperature and pressure. I find 4 weeks a good point to drink. Certainly can drink sooner but much better after 4 weeks.
