I plan on brewing an IPA in a few days and I'd like some recommendations on the hop schedule. I have 10 ounces of hops to play with - 4 oz of zythos, 3 oz of simcoe, 2 oz cascade, and 1 oz galena. It will be a partial mash with a half boil.
