    Christmas port

    Does anyone have a good recipe for a home built Christmas port? I have a traditional date pudding recipe thy requires the wine in it frosting. Plus its a great heirloom

    Oh shi experlative

    I forgot to sanitize my secondary prior to adding my cider. I did however, sterilize, an rinse before i put it away 2 weeks ago, then rinsed it today prior to my colossal mess up. I know te risks of infection etc, what are my chances that this wil still be okay at the end?

    Fresh cider

    I just picked up 6 gallons of fresh cider, UV Pasteurized an that's it. I want to create a semi carbonated, and slightly sweet cider. I don't plan on touching it after racking into the secondary till next summer. I am using safale us 05. Can anyone five advice as to the additives used pre yeastyeast

    Cider assistance

    Hello all, I'm hoping i can possible get some advice on a couple batches of cider i am currently brewing. I racked both batches from the 6 gallon primary carboys, into the 5 gallon secondary's. Both batches started clearing bery nicely, then all of a sudden, i saw them clouding back up and...
