I am little wary of the corn sugar. It just seems odd to me that 20% your fermentables add no flavor. This would come out pretty dry. If it were me, I would just bump up the DME to 5-6 lbs, then maybe add .5-1.0 lb corn sugar if you still need more ABV. Just my $0.02. :mug:
