I currently have a hard lemonade bubbling away - it's just 10 cans of lemonade concentrate, 2 lbs of corn sugar and 1lb light DME (OG 1.060). I used a wyeast champagne yeast. I want to make a simple hard cider next - would it be safe to just make the hard cider on the hard lemonade...

I'm trying to brew an Imperial Stout in a method similar to a barely wine and have a question -
My OG was a 1.128 - I had only used Dark DME to get the gravity up. I used two packets of Rogue's Pacman yeast which brought it down to a 1.050.
I wanted to get the gravity lower...
