    Did you use store bought ground pepper ot did you grind your own? I used fresh ground black pepper and the pepper definitely comes through! Its still young but very tasty!

    Got all my ingredients together and going to brew on Wednesday. Only problem was my lhbs didn't have 3711 or belle saison so I got wlp 568 saison blend. Anyone ever use this before?

    Ususally you should sparge around 170.

    Don't rack to secondary until you are sure fermentation is complete. And even then it may be better to leave it a bit to let the yeast clean up after itself. I have used puree usually the seeds have been strained Imo I would use two cans for 5 gallons.

    The raspberries are sanitized in the can already when they are packaged. A good rule of thumb is 1-2# per gallon depending on how intense you want the flavor. Add them in secondary.

    A nice long soak in pbw and change all the o rings. Then you'll bw fine.

    This was secondary. I racked after it was at 1.011 for 3days and that was after 3 weeks. I just want to make sure I'm not jumping the gun and wasti g good strawberry flavor. A week is usually enough for you?
