    Dry Hopping unhealthy wtf?

    Need some input for a Smokey Rye Pale Ale

    IIPA suggestions

    I put together a GF IIPA kit for the shop I was working with and the hop schedule was very similar to what you have there. The sugars were 9lb xlight dme and 1lb corn sugar. A 90 minute boil was used as well as 001 or 090 for the yeast. That should get you in the ballpark. Summit hops are...

    Coffee Mead

    I'll often toss a few beans in every bottle just before corking. You definitely get a great coffee note and this method allows for variability/experimentation... no beans in one bottle, a dozen or more in another and everywhere in-between. It can also add to the presentation.
