I see an Endress & Hauser Promass 83F is usually around $2000-3000 on eBay, so anyone interested can always go that route. I've used them before and they work deadly! Little spendy though. :)

Sounds easy enough, anything that's difficult to clean or something you'd add to make it easier? Brewing is cleaning I always say, so anything that can make cleaning easier, makes brewing easier. Good idea. In the breweries and bev plants I have worked in, they CIP at the end of the day...
