    I've also seen 8"x8"x6" enclosures, would this work? looks like you drew that on a 11 '' x 8 1/2 '' paper, would you be comfortable using that layout? if so there are 2 of 3 dimensions! depth should be at least 8'' in my opinion, jim (2 cents worth)

    Hops tasting?

    I looked at Loose Cannon IPA web site and they have a recipe for chicken wing sauce with beer as a part. that is most likely a better way. Great story about tasting Hops!

    is it possible ( safe) to taste or eat hops b4 you brew with it? assuming not pellets, and if so has anyone tried it? I love IPA's and I wondered if I could make a hoppy pizza sauce? just wondering, jim

    I have an old Great Bear water glass carboy with a small chip in the top of the neck on the outer top surface, no noticeable crack lines. Will this be OK to use for a primary? Thanks, Jim
