I opened a 5 year old tripple with a friend a few weeks ago, it was awesome.

A friend who owns a brewery gave me a bag of grain he accidentally mixed together. It is 14 pounds of Munich and 3 pounds of aromatic malt, my original idea was to do a 90 minute boil with 4 2oz saaz additions since I have a bunch I need to use up. Any thoughts or input?
