    Belgian white wheat beer

    I had a question for everyone. Tonight I brewed a Belgian white wheat beer. I added 1/2 oz coriander and 1/2 oz bitter orange peel to the last 15 minutes of my boil. My concern was the orange peel didn't fit through the valve into my fermenter so it was added into the boil but not the fermenter...

    My first keezer!

    hey everyone. so I'm pretty new to brewing and kegging. I'm in the military and just got back from a deployment. i spent every day of my 4 month trip to the desert designing this keeper in my head. its almost done but I'm open to suggestions! just thought id share it with everyone. cheers!
