    Santa Rosa Plum Cider

    I've got about 50pounds of fruit. Not sure what do with it all. This looks like the best use of my plums. However, I am a bit unsure of your process. I've been a ale brewer for awhile, but completely unaware of making what appears to be wine. Mash time and temp? How long do I boil? No sugar...
