Thanks for your reply AJ, I hadn't noticed it until now. I can certainly try it out in a 5 gallon batch and see what happens to the taste but what mostly concerns me is your comment about Calcium. Do you think I wouldn't be able to hold any calcium in solution? I am looking for 100ppm...
