    Air lock blew out for 2 days

    Air lock blew out and was out for 2 days. The beer was in primary for 2 days when this happened. I sanitized the air lock and put it back in. It has now been 5 days and it seem to be doing nothing. I'm afraid that the fermentation has stopped. I took a reading the OG was 1.036 and now it reads...

    I just built a 2 keg kegerator and was wondering what the best method is for storing beer before putting in the kegs. Would it be better to leave in the carboy, and how long can it stay in there.     Adding Loco Coco

    I have a great Loco Coco that I make. It is chocolate, sugar, vanilla, and powdered chocolate habanero. The mix is liquid and would be hot when added. When would be the best time to add? to the boil? to the secondary? I'm thinking the last 5 min of boil or when cooling. I'm adding it to a porter.
