Plastic Big Mouth Bubbler Sealing Problems

Used keg lube between white top and plastic fermenter and I was able to see the airlock work the way I like without needing to make any further adjustments. Able to get activity within 12 hours :D

So hops and all just flow drain into the primary via the ball lock? I used a immersion chiller so I don't have to worry about getting clogged in a plate chiller. Thanks.

    BIAB for hop pellets??

Hey guys, I have been obsessed with my IPA's and find myself using 3-4 oz of pellets hops in my brew depending on what the recipe calls for. Before going into full boils, I was debating on just doing a BIAB type. I got the bag and ended up deciding to just invest in the mash tun. I am definitely...

    Cheap 32oz Growler

It wasn't bad. I still enjoy Shipyards from the store and typically get hooked on Harpoons UFO pumpkin in the growler when I visit the gf's family near Boston. Still definitely worth it though.

    Cheap 32oz Growler

Hey guys, I was at the liquor store today with the gf today who was in the mood for a seasonal pumpkin beer and I saw these. Saranac Pumpkin 32oz growlers for about $3.75 a piece. In my mind, all I could think was, hmmm 2 1/2 beers for less than $4 AND a free growler. SOLD! I picked up 6. I...

There is a crack in the upper compartment but that has not affected its ability to maintain temperature.

15 cf chest freezer for 7-8 cf (CT)

Attached are a couple pictures of the freezer. The outside has its obvious scuff marks which I have tried to show. Inside could use a cleaning but I've been busy with work.

15 cf chest freezer for 7-8 cf (CT)

Hey guys, I am on the verge of downsizing from a house to an apartment and as much as I love to fully stock my kenmore 15 cf chest freezer, it is too big for the apartment. However, the GF said I could keep one if it was smaller :D. I guess size matters in her eyes lol. It is fully functional...
