Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

This is my first all grain. Everything seemed to go pretty good. Just racked to the secondary. It's very cloudy. Just wanted people's thought on it.

    Mash Tun Build

I am currently building my first mash tun. And a lot of the how to's I've seen call for 5/8" SS fender washers. I have looked and looked and I can't find them at any local hardware stores. I was wonder (and this may be a stupid question) but is it possible to use 5/8" SS flat washers? Please help.
