    Question on quantities

    I'm doing a brew this weekend and going to experiment with 9-10 lbs of 2 row and I have a half pound each of the following: caramel 40, caramel 60, carapils, and victory. I plan on using the Belgian Ardennes and some Brett in secondary. Should I stay around 1/4 lb for each of them or what?
