Lost BYO issue - need sanity help

So am I crazy? I thought I saw recently that BYO did a replicator recipe for Millstream Brewing's Schild Brau Amber. I went looking for it in my back issues and can't find it! I can't find my October 2010 issue either, so I'm guessing that's where it was. Can some kind soul a) tell me...

    Charlotte NC HBTers - questions

Hey guys, I'm typing this from a Charlotte hotel room - work has sent me here for the week to learn some CAM software. So I was thinking, where is the good beer at in Charlotte that's not on Beeradvocate? I'm going to hit Olde Mecklenburg sometime this week, and Brawley's sounds like a...

    Apfelwein questions

Hello all, I couldn't resist making my own batch of the famous Ed Wort's Apfelwein for a friend of mine who is a cider fiend. For my first try, I went for a standard EWA, with the Montrachet yeast. I think it's about ready for bottling, but I have a few questions first; 1. Is 5 weeks in...

A famous St. Louis brewery re-opens!

Hello all, Well, not so famous really, but after a four year hiatus (for no good reason, really) I got the urge to brew. Fortunately, all of our equipment ended up at my house when one of my Brew Partners moved to Charlottesville. Unfortunately, my fiance broke my 5 gal carboy secondary and...
