    should i be concerned?

    I brewed up a stout a bout and after 9 days i moved it from primary to secondary. Since i transfered it yesterday I have not seen any action at all i the air lock. Could this be a problem with oxygen remaining in the secondary?

    When is the best time to ad Maltodextrin?

    I bought a kit and i just started brewing and in the instructions there is no mention of when to ad the Maltodextrin. Its a milk stout.
