    I just bought this controller after reading all about it... but after purchase I looked a bit more carefully and it reads 220v? I'm in the USA and we run 110/120v out here... I assume this is not going to work for me? Big Bummer...

    Octoberfest Franken-beer

    Did you have to add yeast to the beer before you bottled it? You had this one sitting in the cold a long time before it hit the bottle! I'm about to make my first lager, so I am curious as to when in this process I should put it in the bottle for bottle carbonating. Thanks!:tank:
