    It has the element that would use the plug for the dryer but I have been using it with a 120v cord and my gas stove to heat. I can include the 120v cord if you want it. But I don't have the dryer cord, but the element can handle the 240v connection.

    I have started my list and checking it 1000 times. I have a spikebrewing pot and am doing extract brews for now. Looking to do full boil 5 gal batches. Here is my list let me know if I have missed something. I want to start basic but leave room to upgrade if or when I go all grain.

    Is it possible to go strait from the spa panel to an element? I don't have the cash to get a PID as of right now. I understand that to control it I would have to unplug it to control the temp. I have a 4 prong dryer outlet. And a Camco folded back element.

    I was just thinking it would be easier to put it in the line vs a hole in the kettle. I am sure I will have questions as I start to order and build. Thanks P-J

    This is great!! I think that I am going to build mine off of this with the two pumps! Had one questions could I put the RDT in the heat exchanger coil return line? or is it better to monitor the MLT with it own thermometer? So i will know what the HLt temp is at?
