    What to blend with my weak stout

    made a oatmeal stout a few weeks back and screwed up the mash temps. End result is a thin, low alcohol (2.5%) beer. The flavor is good but it has no body at all. I'm looking to make something to blend this wit. Maybe a high alcohol ale to make a black and tan? any suggestions?

    I think I made beer last night

    Not my first all grain brew day but my first stout. I had all my stuff ready and had my process in writing in front of me. Mash water up to temp and the mash tun ready for the grain and water. Mixed everything up, put the digital thermometer in, and closed the lid. Everything on schedule...
