    There was 1 last bottle worth of beer that i had left to fill, this 1 last bottle was all foam and poured hard into the bottle foaming up and i primed it with a little extra sugar in the bottle let it carb up and all my other bottles did not have them splashing into the bottle hard like this...

    Just an update on this thread! i tried one of my beers today after carbing for a week and trying it now, it taste amazing! even though its only been 1 week (3 weeks and a few days total) it taste really good, full body and great taste, im going to leave the other bottles in the fridge to sit for...

    lol i didnt mix up the whole thing, just enough to get the sugar around very slowly, tried not to disturb all the crap at the bottom

    o crap? there seems to be a small amount of yeast that settled to the bottom into the grooves of the bottom of the bottle is that ok? i hope they dont explode, is there anyway to reverse this?

    it was a Belgian triple from fermbrew 8% and i primed it with 2.5OZ of sugar in about 2OZ of water mixed into the primary

    i just have a tube that im putting in the spigot, no bottling wand, but there is a groove on the plastic bottle that i measured seems to be just about 2 cm's

    You obviously have more experience than me so im going to use 2.5OZ lol just to be on the safe side, i do not want beer bombs! :mug: cheers

    Thank you for the link..but im having a hard time deciding what i want to do, the link you gave me and i've seen it before and looked at it, its telling me to use only 1.5 OZ of sugar...the instructions that came with the kit is telling me to use 3 OZ of sugar..wich one do i follow? looking...

    sorry to bring up an old thread, but i was looking to prime around 2.3 gal of beer (9L) and was wondering how much water boiled with sugar i need to mix? is it 1 cup or can it be a little less? not wanting to water down the beer too much, please let me know thanks! its a Belgian triple 8% brew...

    carbonation level and bottling?

    when in a plastic pail or a carboy..does the beer get and stay carbonated while its being bottled? or is the beer flat at the time of bottling? also if the beer is somewhat carbonated and you prime the batch before bottling will it gush or explode...? thank you!

    its similar to the mr.beer fermenter but holds carbonation...the kit for the tripple says fermemt 10 days..then bottle..let sit in the bottles for 1 week..then let sit in the fridge for 6-8 weeks... is it ok to use PET Beer bottles in the dishwasher to clean them for the first time...

    hello all .... i just bought a fermbrew Belgian triple kit..makes 9L of beer..anyway i dont have a second fermenter or bucket..but i did.brew it in a small pressure vessel and so its holding alot of the carbonation still and i would like to bottle it... so once its done fermenting at 10 days...
