    First time sour experiment

WLP002 English Ale Yeast. When you did that, did the mouthfeel change from syrupy to medium? Thats my main problem with the current beer.

    First time sour experiment

Yeah, we have orange, satsuma (like a tangerine), lemon, and fig trees in my yard, so I feel like I would definitely be able to get something, the only question is whether it would make good beer or not.

    First time sour experiment

Yeah, it's on there, but I have heard conflicting stories. I'm on that website constantly looking at the back articles to get some info. As for the clean, i didn't think about that. I mean, I have 6-7 growlers (one from each of the breweries in town) so i could just turn the entire batch into...

    First time sour experiment

The other idea was I have citrus trees in my backyard and may see if I can obtain some wild yeast from the fruit, but unsure if I want to put that much work into this little experiment when I can just pitch some bottle dregs.

    Refridgerator Kegerator Build

I only have two now since that's how many kegs I have and I'm only brewing once a month, but there's always room for more. Plus I may need a nitogen tap too

    Refridgerator Kegerator Build

Oh no, I have a plan. There is going to be a bottle opener and cap catcher on the other side. I saw a keezer on here that had a set up like that and I loved the look of it. Plus I can always add another tap pretty easy if I need to

    Refridgerator Kegerator Build

Hey everyone. I've been browsing these DIY forums for too long and decided to take some action worthy enough to post on here. Was struggling between a fridge style vs a keezer kegerator, but as luck would have it, the grandparents got a new fridge, so we got their old fridge, and our old fridge...
