    My new wedless build!! Single tier semi automated.

    Infection question?

    This is an American pale ale all grain it was brewed 2 weeks ago today. Had a pretty vigorous fermentation even without a yeast starter. I have been thinking this was krausen and it would drop out over time but not for sure. Can you guys tell me if I'm in the clear or if I'm infected? Thank you

    Mash tun temperature control

    I want to build a simple mash tun temp controller. I really looked and couldn't find a simple build list and instructions. I would just like to have my keggle mash tun with false bottom recirculating and my propane turning on and off for temperature. Any help would be awesome everyone thank you!!

    Fermentation temp dropped!!! Worried...

    I brewed what I am hoping to be an awesome Belgian tripel on 9/28/12. I used wyeast Trappist high gravity made a starter and pitched. All that to say that I went away for the weekend and the temperature here dropped to the thirtys and it didn't warm up until today and it only got to 66. Anyways...

    Full boil questions

    Does anyone here do full boil partial mashes? I really would rather do it this way. Something about it seems like it may make better beer. So my questions is how and can anyone give any tips I simply want to do 5-10 gallon full boil. I usually do partial mash brews from Austin homebrew.
