    Wait for a starter or pitch right away?

    Hi, I did not plan my first batch very well and did not make a yeast starter before making the wort. Can I let the wort sit in its bucket, make a starter and pitch in a couple of days or would it be better to just pitch right now without the starter (liquid yeast, WLP300)?

    Hi, I did a hot water test of my cooler with aprox 18L. The water had an initial temperature of 71.3'C which sunk to 65.5'C in 70 minutes.
