    noob here, whats my %

    Hi all, i just transfered my wine to bulk aging and I was wondering what my Alochol % is. my starting was 1.105 and my final is 0.992. I think i had an excel spreadsheet (somewhere I can't find) to give me the % but I have been drinking from the syphon... please, anyone???

    I boiled for way too long

    I only have 5 gallon carboys for a primary!

    Before I start my first batch... Is this going to cause me issues? If I use a 5 gallon carboy and brew 5 gallons of wort will i have issues, or will i loose some h20 during the boiling process so it will all fit? How much room should i leave at the top of the carboy? I wish I had a 6...
