    So here's my issue. I bought the Northern Brewer White House Honey Ale and I followed all the directions except I added the honey at 60 min instead of the last 5 minutes.     I've always used a 7.9 gallon fermenter and never had problem with wild fermentations. Not sure if that's why or if I've just been lucky.

    Pilsner help

    Well, this kit uses 3 oz. of Saaz hops, 2 oz at 60 min and 1 at 5 min.. So adding more quantity at those times would seem logical to me.
