    Well the pee is in the keg, with an extra gallon of still pee to go straight in the fridge. I used 6 cups of sugar to sweeten tastes awesome. I cant wait to finish mowing the lawn

    mine stayed cloudy for two weeks, i got impatient and mixed up another batch of sparkloid (used boiling water let it sit for 10 min) then added to carboy and stirred. it went from cloudy to this clear in three days.

    I want to try a batch of skeeter pee, and from reading it is best to use yeast from a previous batch of wine. I have just finished a batch of cider and harvested the yeast show in the pic. My questions are does the yeast look like it should(never reused before) It is a nottingham yest...

    Once it is in the keg under pressure how long will it keep, and do i have to do anything to prep for aging it for a number of months

    I used a cider so it is still cloudy (not that i would be a huge issue) what is the best way to clear it pre-keg? I read a post on filtering that looked interesting but i am not ready to make that investment your.

    Well it's been one week and this is how it looks. The SG is 1.010 is this typical? I see some activity still happening so plan on leaving it in the pale. Should i wait until it stops completely before racking?

    I have an automated thermostat, that lowers the temp in the house during the day while i am at work, will the fluctuations in temperature harm the fermentation process. I have it set at 69 during the evening and morning and 55 after midnight and while i am at work.
