We just brewed up a Holiday Stout last weekend. Yeah I know a little late, but hey St. Patrick's Day is a holiday too, in fact in my book it is THE Holiday, so barring some really unfortunate mishap that should be ready by then. Beyond that I've plenty of Scottish Ale and Strong Amber on hand...

I guess it all depends on how long you want to keep the beer cold for. I've used a couple of corny kegs in a cooler before and then filled around the kegs with ice. This kept the beer pretty cold for an evening, but by the next morning, all the ice had melted and the beer was getting pretty...

While I have a tendency to get my drink on at either my local F.O.E. or V.F.W. I do not partake in beer there, as they do not have anything worthy of being partook. That said Omaha has more bar's per capita than any other city. We have plenty of neighborhood bars, which if they overacheived...

I believe we've done a Stella Artois clone, from Austin which turned out really well. In fact we've been serving it over the holiday's and have had comments from regular Stella drinkers that they liked ours better than the original. Haven't ever tried the Warsteiner though.
