    If you were forced to stop brewing...

    and you had one last batch that you could brew, what would it be, and why? Mine would be a fat wee heavy. I am a malt head to the bone, and wee heavies always treat me right :ban:

    Would it hurt to.....

    to swirl my 7 gallon bucket of fermenting wort to re-suspend the yeast and possibly aerate it some more? I'm on my fifth day of fermentation. Thanks all!

    Edinburgh liquid yeast????

    I pitched my Primed edinburgh yeast two days ago into my wee heavy scotch wort, and the yeast started their work quickly, and violently. Today there is very little action. I think I aerated the wort enough. There are definitely enough sugars in the wort. The temp is right at 70 degrees...
