    Las Vegas

    We are leaving for Vegas March 7th and will be there until the 13th for the Nascar Race. I've enjoyed brews at Microbreweries in the 4 Queens and Main Street Station. Any suggestions for new adventures in beer or places to try?

    Question on Dry Hopping

    I speak with "toung in cheek" or as my wife would say head up a** when I say an old sock. I picked up some sanitized roll tube medical gauze that works great for Hops bags and I use them all the time with great results.

    Question on Dry Hopping

    I am going to find a nice Hop for Ale, throw it in an old sock with a couple of marbles and a long string tied to something that will float on top and leave it there for a week just to see what it does for me. Thanks for the help......

    Just about all of your questions can be answered by getting on Youtube and doing a search for Home Brewing Beer. There are many good videos on all aspects of cleaning, sanitizing, brewing, bottling and kegging specially developed for beginning brewers.
