I just recently moved to a small apartment and now only make 1-2 gallon size batches. Looking for a 1 gallon kegging option. Has anyone used the Ukeg or ManCan? I want to be able to force carb and serve just like a normal 5 gallon keg. Any recommendations are great.

just kegged for the first time! we did it today and want to have it ready for Saturday. any help on carbing it and psi would be awesome. not to sure what to do next. do i leave it in the kegerator with the co2 tank on for the whole week? or just a few times a week? thanks for all your help

i got the Northern Brewer pumpkin ale kit awhile back. after reading reviews about it and on this forum, i decided to add more pumpkin pie spice to the secondary. in the primary it had an amber/orange color. now it turn black while in secondary. could it be infected? why else would it turn...

i cant get the bung out. its to the point where the top of the bung is flush with the top of the better bottle. how do i get this out without hurting the beer?
