    Some of these people are really hard to understand hahahah! These people opposing this are insane! The law that they are proposing would allow 100 gallons per year, not 100 gallons at a time. Which isn't even that much. The one guy didn't even know what mead was!

    Adding nutrients after fermentation has begun

    I have recenetly got my hands on some yeast nutrient and I was wondering if I could add it to my 5 gal. batch of mead I have fermenting. Is it too late to add it? Will it even do anything at this point? It is about 2 weeks into fermenting.
