I plan on doing 5 one gallon batches of mead that way I can test and figure which styles I like instead of getting stuck with 5 gallons I dont like and have to start all over. Once I move the RIS to my secondary I will look into another beer. Im still learning.

OK, I just made my first brew. It was the Russian Imperial Stout kit by Brewer's Best. I had some vigorous fermentation that clogged and blew off my airlock within 24 hrs.
