    "Interesting" saison yeast behavior... any thoughts?

    Airlock question

    Hi all, Perhaps we have been a little bit too productive with the brewing lately. I seem to have forgotten that I need three airlocks for three batches of beer! Would it be so bad to put a blowoff hose-type "airlock" setup on a batch when I transfer it to secondary? I mean, it doesn't let any...
