    Are you using specialty grains with your extract? If so i would do a course crush on the graham crackers and include them in your muslin bag.

    Got this kegged and carbed up over the weekend. I have to say it's probably one of the best beers I've made so far. It finished nice and crisp with the WL004. Has a really silky mouth feel to it also, very pleased all the way around with it!

    Mmmmmm! Yuengling! Discovered this awesome beer a couple years ago while I was in PA gasholing! Love this beer allot it's what I would call a utility beer good for everyday drinking. This may be next on the brew list. Thanks for sharing.

    Have this in primary right now. I used white labs 002 in mine my og came in allot lower than expected at 1056... But the post bill sample tasted awesome.

    Hello, I'm getting ready to brew a big beer that should be around 10%. The recipe calls for Safale S-04. Can any one suggest a White Labs strain that would be comparable? Thanks Mike
